Join us every Monday from 5:30 to 6:30 pm for a yoga session in the theater’s upstairs space. My name is Jennifer, and as a seasoned yoga instructor with extensive experience, I lead these sessions.
Our weekly yoga gatherings offer numerous benefits for your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Together, we explore various yoga practices including breath work, mindfulness, poses, movement patterns, and moments of stillness. The focus of each session varies, encompassing relaxation, strength training, and motion. Our group is open and welcoming, encouraging newcomers to embark on their yoga journey with us.
Participants are asked to bring their own yoga mat, a thin blanket, blocks, and a strap. The cost is $10 per class for a drop-in or $35 for a monthly pass. I look forward to welcoming you to our next session. You might find yourself surprised by the positive impact it can have on your well-being.
